Chapters transforms your weight tracking into a visual narrative, connecting your weigh-ins with photos from your life. It's a one-time purchase — no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads.

Chapters reads weight samples from Apple Health (read-only) so you don't have to re-enter data. Chapters does not write to Apple Health — your Health data stays in Health, untouched. You can deny Health access and still use Chapters with manually entered weights.
When you grant Photos permission, Chapters suggests photos from your library that were taken near your weigh-in dates. Photos are referenced only by their local identifier; Chapters doesn't copy or move them. Nothing leaves your device.
Everything stays on your device. Chapters has no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no tracking. It makes no network requests — it is fully offline.
Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, Happy Scale, Fitbit, Withings, Garmin, and any generic CSV or JSON export. Imports are processed locally on your device.
Chapters provides Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that show your latest weight or weekly progress. Widget data is generated on-device and refreshes periodically using iOS's standard widget timeline.
Settings → Export Data creates a JSON backup of your weight entries and reflections. You can also export an encrypted backup.
